Meet Your Olmos Park Dentist, Kandice L. Klepper, DDS, MS
Before Dr. Kandice L. Klepper became a dentist, she grew up in York, Pennsylvania, where she was also born. After attending Mount St. Mary’s University, where she completed her bachelor’s in Biochemistry, she would go on to attend the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry in Richmond, VA to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery. After graduating from dental school, she enrolled at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio to complete her specialty training in Periodontics. There, she earned her Master’s degree in Dental Science and participated in clinical research on Laser Therapy and Periodontal Wound Healing. She was also selected to receive the Nobel Biocare Student Member Scholarship and the Dr. Ray Scott Carus Dental Endowment Specialty Scholarship during her residency.
Dr. Klepper has received specialty training in many different disciplines, including dental laser therapy, dental implants, periodontal plastic surgery, full mouth rehabilitation, comprehensive periodontal care and advanced bone grafting.
