With 30 years of dentistry experience under his belt, Dr. Holland is more than ready to provide the excellent care you need to achieve and maintain your ideal smile.
For Dr. Holland, nothing is better than restoring a patient’s confidence, self-esteem, and health using a completely personalized treatment plan. He has earned numerous awards over the years, including being named one of San Antonio’s Top Dentists by SA Magazine, America’s Best Dentists by the National Consumer Advisory Board, and America’s Top Dentists by the Consumers Research Council of America.
Dr. Holland earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1990. He studied at the prestigious University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, which was considered to be the nation’s top dental school at the time. After graduating, Dr. Holland completed a General Practice Residency on Scott Air Force Base in Illinois, and he eventually returned to San Antonio to open New Image Dentistry.
Changes in dental techniques and technology are constant, and Dr. Holland deeply believes in the value of continuing education. Over the decades, he has worked to improve his cosmetic and restorative dentistry skills. He has also studied implant dentistry, Invisalign, sedation dentistry, and obstructive sleep apnea treatment.
Dr. Holland currently maintains memberships in numerous professional organizations, including the American Dental Academy, Texas Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine.
Dr. Holland is happily married to Jane. They have two grown daughters. Their eldest is a physical therapist in Austin, and their youngest is an optometrist. When not spending time with family, he loves working on his ranch, tending the land and taking care of his two horses and one mini horse. He also enjoys fixing up older, outdated homes, doing a lot of the design and craftwork himself.
